Ingredients

  • 2 clo Garlic
  • 1Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1/8 c Cilantro fine chopped
  • 1Tbl. Italian seasoning
  • 1tea. Grond cayenne
  • 1Tbl. Creole Seasoning
  • 1Tbl sea salt
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 6 Romano tomatoes fine chopped
  • 6 Jalapeno's fine chopped
  • 1 sweet onion

Cooking Instructions

In sauce pan add olive oil med. heat.Mince garlic and add.Add onion,and Jalapeno's let soften.Then add other spice's, tomatoes,cilantro ,and tomato sauce.Turn heat down slow cook .Just before it startes to boil turn of the fire and let it set room temp. Ready to serve with eggs,chips,ect.

Hot

It good if you take and soften cream cheese. make a bowel in the midle and put salsa in it. Server with cracers.
