10/14/09 05:32 PM | IMPRESSIVE FIVE STAR RECIPEThis impressive dish is so easy to make plus you probably have all the ingredients on hand. I add a little butter to the breadcrumds or panko so the top gets a little buttery toast flavor. I also add carmelized onions on top of the crumbs. My husband who is lucky enough to eat in some very fine restaurants was impressed. Thanks CORLESS227 for the recipe! |

07/22/09 11:36 AM | Love This!I changed the recipe up a little by using italian bread crumbs and because of this left out the oregano and basil (which knocked out a few steps in the prep time). I used tilapia and parmesan cheese and it came out awesome! Even my 4 year old son who is the world's pickiest eater loved this! |

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
