Ingredients

  • 5# Bowtie pasta
  • .5cup balsamic vinegar
  • .5cup olive oil
  • 2cups bruschetta tomatoes(see my Bruschetta Recipe)
  • 1cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1cup basil chifinade
  • 1cup chop red onions
  • 1tsp dry thyme
  • 1cup romano cheese
  • 1tbsp kosher salt
  • 1tbsp coarse black pepper
  • 1tbsp granulated garlic

Mix all ingresients together.
