Ingredients

  • 1 large Red Pepper
  • 1 large Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 6 Stalks Green Onion
  • 1 Box Rotini (or any pasta you like)
  • 4 oz. black olives
  • 4 oz pepperoni
  • 1/2 Cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 oz Fresh Grated Parmesan

Cooking Instructions

Cook pasta al dante with a 1/4 tsp of salt in water. Remove from water and drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking process. Cut and dice all veggies. Red pepper, green pepper, green onion, black olives, pepperoni, and baby spinach. Add to a big bowl and mix. Add pasta and dressing. Mix well, top with parmesan cheese and serve.
