Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Toss shrimp in a large bowl with the next 3 ingredients.
Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter melts. Add scallions; sauté 2 minutes until almost tender. Add shrimp; cover and, stirring occasionally, cook 3 minutes or until hot.
Meanwhile add pasta to pot and cook as package directs. Drain, reserving 1⁄4 cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot; add shrimp mixture and reserved water. Toss to mix and coat. Serve with lemon.
