peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter,chunky or smooth, I like to put both together when making more than one batch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Cooking Instructions

heat the oven to 350,in a medium size bowl,stir in peanut butter,sugar, and egg,get a cookie sheet and roll the spoonful of mix in a ball,then press with a fork on the cookie sheet like you would any other peanut butter cookie,added bonus, you can throw in chocolate chips or m&m's, or even a hershey kiss.cook for ten minutes on 350, great cookies and you don't even need flour!
