Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dark Oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients until well blended.

TOSS with cooked spaghetti that’s been cooled under cold running water and drained. Add chopped lettuce, shredded carrots and sliced scallions, then sprinkle with crushed red pepper.

MIX with rinsed canned chick-peas and drained canned tuna. Spoon into lettuce-lined pita pockets. Add sliced cucumber and red onion.
