Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
  • 4 T. Diced Onion
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1/2 lb. Velveta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Crushed Corn Flakes

Cooking Instructions

Combine the first 9 ingredients.

Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Pour remaining melted 1/4 c butter over corn flakes. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Question?

Receipe says to add 1st 10 ingredients but that means the melted butter too. I assume that it should say 1st nine ingredients or are we missing an ingredient?

Delicious!!

Turned out so good for this labor day weekend. Loved it! I like salt so added little more salt with extra pepper and man that was good!
