Crush Pecans and cajun flakes add to Plain bread crumbs set aside place flour into bowl set aside place egg into bowl and wisk set aside. Rinse fish dip into egg flour.then back into egg then into bread crumb mixture. place into 12" skillet and fry in Olive Oil until Golden brown on each side.

And I like buying Talapia as it is much less expensive than flounder, at least in our area. I didn't know if they'd like it with the pecans but it was very tasty. |
