Ingredients

  • 1 steaks Talapia (Ralph's)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1/8 cup Pecans (crushed in Zip Bag w/rolling pin)
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 dash cajun flakes (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

Crush Pecans and cajun flakes add to Plain bread crumbs set aside place flour into bowl set aside place egg into bowl and wisk set aside. Rinse fish dip into egg flour.then back into egg then into bread crumb mixture. place into 12" skillet and fry in Olive Oil until Golden brown on each side.

We enjoyed

Always happy when the boys finish their fish. This was a nice new way of fixing it and everyone ate it up. And I like buying Talapia as it is much less expensive than flounder, at least in our area. I didn't know if they'd like it with the pecans but it was very tasty.
