METHOD:
Heat oil in a skillet. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, chilis and lemongrass. Cook until the onion is translucent. Add the coconut milk and stock, and cook for 15 minutes. Add the crabmeat and pears to heat through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the cilantro.
Round Out the Meal:
With a bowl of buttered noodles.
Kid Friendly:
Omit the chilis.
