In a 2 quart pot saute onion till translucant , slice tomatoes in half remove most of the seeds and dice add into onions cook till soft add salt and pepper to taste add defrosted spinach squeese out most of the water. Boil pasta till aldente. Drain save a cup of pasta water. When pasta is done add broken up feta to the tomates and spinach add pasta and some more oil if you like add a little pasta water if you like . serve with crusty bread and a salad.
