Rinse and pat dry Chicken. Place in bag, using a mallot,,pound Chicken to about 1/4 thickness. place on cutting board and sprinkle with salt and pepper and onion and garlic pwdrs. Place 1 slice each, ham and then cheese.
In a bowl, place Cream cheese, shallots, garlic, garlic and onion to taste, mushrooms. When done, a tsp and place on the center of the ham. roll up and secure with a tooth pick and wrap a piece of bacon around once.
Place the stuffing in a bag and with a mallot, pound into small crumbs. when done place chicken inside and coat.
spray a baking sheet with pam, and place chicken onto pan. Place into a preheated oven on 375 degrees for 20 mins. Then turn the oven to 400 degrees for 20 mins. When done take out and let it rest for 5 mins before taking out the tooth picks.
