Ingredients

  • 3 Lb Flank steak
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 2 1 red pepper 1 green pepper
  • 2 cups White rice
  • 2 tbl spoons gravy master or any gravy subsitute
  • 1 tbl spoon salt or seasoning salt
  • 1 tbl spoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbl spoon garlic fresh or powder

Cooking Instructions

Heat 9 inch skillet to 400 degrees Julienne steak onion and peppers. Season meat add to hot pan cover tightly and allow meat to cook until meat releases juices. Reduce heat and stir in gravy & 1 cup of water. simmer until mixture thickens. Add onions and peppers cook until tender. Boil 4 cups of water add salt stir in 2 cups of rice and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve pepper steak over rice.
