Rice:
Place 3 cups rice in rice cooker pot.
Wash thoroughly 3 times
Add 3 1/2 cups water and cook in rice cooker
After cooked stir to make fluff.

In a large Skillet place 2 oz oil and let get hot approx 1 min.
Add meat let cook til well.
once cooked drain in strainer.
In large skillet place 2oz peanut oil
Let get hot.
add peppers and mushrooms
stir til tender
Add Garlic Ginger and cilantro
cook for 30 seconds
Add Fish Sauce Oyster Sauce and Cooking Soy
Reduce heat and let simmer for 8 minutes.
Add Gravy and let simmer for 10 minutes
Now add your teardrop tomatoes last so that they dont moosh.
Add Sugar and Lime Juice
Let simmer another 5 minutes
Place rice on plate top with Pepper Steak Compote.
Add Crushed Red Chiles to order and eat
