spay pam on sm. skillet. turn stve on med. high. place one tortilla in pan. put cheese in center of tortilla. cover chesse with pepperoni's. add top tortilla and flip it. let that sit for 1 min. Make sure it is slightly crispy on both sides. tip: you can put salt and pepper to taste on top of the pepperoni's. put on a plate and cut like a pizza Done!
taste good if you put some louisana orig. hot sauce on top (after cooked) if you like it with a little kick!
