Heat oven to 425°F. Coat a large nonstick skillet and a 13 x 9-in. baking pan with nonstick spray.
Unroll pizza crust and press into pan, forming a thicker crust around the edge. Bake 6 to 10 minutes until light brown.
While crust bakes, heat prepared skillet over medium heat. Add onion and pepper; sauté 8 minutes or until soft.
Spread sauce over crust; top with onion mixture, then remaining ingredients.
Bake 12 minutes or until edge of crust is golden brown and cheese has melted.
