med heat in a med to lrg skillet melt butter or bacon grease mix all ingredients together with a fork pour into pan and while it is cooking take your spatula and go from outer edge and move eggs into middle of pan keep moving it aroung with out breaking them up to much and when cooked to preference enjoy any questions call Sam @ 801-602-9456
