put flour and seasonings onto a plate and mix w/ fork. put veg. oil into a deep skillet and turn on med. heat. Place pork chops on cutting board or clean sink, dust them with seasoning suggested above. After dusting, put pork chops on the plate with flour and cover them completly with the seasoned flour. do one by one in flour and sitt them on a plate. By then the oil should be hot. Place them in skillet gently. if you try to flip them and they stick there not ready to be flipped. Make sure there nice and crisppy! done!
They sound like they are spicy but there not. The flour dalutes the spicyness. you don't have to fallow the seasonong perportions, you can do it by personal preffrence.( the garlic is the key, so don't skip it or cut it down!)
