Ingredients

  • 1 POUND BABY SEASHELL PASTA (COOKED AND DRAINED)
  • 8-10 POTATOES (PEELED DICED AND PAR BOILED)
  • 3 STICKS OLEO OR BUTTER
  • 2 LARGE ONIONS
  • 3/4 POUND VELVETTA CHEESE
  • ONION SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Cooking Instructions

MELT THE BUTTER IN A SKILLET AND BROWN THE ONIONS IN IT.

BOIL ENOUGH WATER FOR THE PASTA AND THE POTATOES AND COOK TOGETHER. THEY BOTH TAKE THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME TO COOK. DRAIN.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PUT INTO A CROCKPOT OR CASSEROLE DISH. COOK UNTIL HEATED THROUGH. (aprox. 20 minutes at 350 degrees)
