Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Dried Pinto beans
  • 1 # Ground meat
  • 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Salt, Pepper & Garlic to taste

Cooking Instructions

Look beans to make sure there are no small stones in them. Soak over night in water in the refrigerator in covered container. Drain and add fresh water in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients and put into a crock pot or cook on stove top until tender.
