  • 2 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED
  • 3/4 CUPS SUGAR
  • 1 LARGE EGG
  • 1 TSP VANILLA
  • 1/3 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1/4 CUP CONFECTIONARY SUGAR
  • 1 OZ UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE MELTED
  • 2 TBS FLOUR

Cooking Instructions

MIX BUTTER SUGAR EGG SALT AND VANILLA IN MIXER. ADD FLOUR SODA AND SALT. DIVIDE DOUGH IN HALF. STIR CHOCOLATE AND 2 TBS FLOUR INTO 1/2 OF DOUGH. ROLL CHOCOLATE DOUGH INTO14 X 20 RECTANGLE ON WAX PAPER. PLACE WHITE RECTANGLE ON TOP OF CHOCOLATE. ROLL UP LENGTHWISE IN WAX PAPER. CUT INTO TWO PIECES AND PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 2 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT. CUT INTO 1/4 IN SLICES AND BAKE AT 425 FOR APROX 10 MINUTES
