Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing or 1.5 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or 0 Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 small onion , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 4 boneless pork chops , 3/4" thick
  • 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard

Cooking Instructions

MIX stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery. Spoon into greased 9" pie plate. Top with chops.

MIX brown sugar and mustard and spoon over chops.

BAKE at 400°F. 30 min. or until chops are done.

TIP: Serve with steamed sugar snap peas. For dessert serve a simple parfait: layer vanilla yogurt with chopped apples and grapes.
