Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 Pork chops, bone in, 1/2 inch
  • 1 Yellow Onion, sliced into rings
  • 2 boxes Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 3 oz package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Blue Cheese
  • 2 oz Fontina Cheese
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh ground pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Season chops with seasoned salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet until sizzling. Place chops in and saute until browned. Remove and drain excess oil. Add sliced onion to oil and saute until translucent. Remove with slotted spoon and drain. Make mac and cheese according to package directions and add additional cheeses and milk. Spoon into prepared baking dish and top with chops. Divide onion mixture between the chops and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked thru.
