marinate porkchops if possible in 1/4 cup salt, 1/4 cup sugar and 4 cups water; if possible. Place mushroom soup in large bowl and add chopped onions (may dried onions )and stir. add porkchops and pepper. Place in oven at 375 for at least 1and 1/2 hour.
Makes an excelent gravy for potatoes

02/27/08 08:24 AM | Very very goodi didnt do the marinate part and i just mixed everything up in the baking dish. It looks gross when you take it out of the oven but oh my gosh the gravy it make is sooooooooooo good. I've made this every couple weeks since I found it and my young kids love it |
