Pork Chops With Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 3/4-in.-thick center-cut pork chops (1 1/2 lb), visible fat trimmed
  • 1 can (11 oz) Mexican-style corn, not drained
  • 1 cup bottled green or red salsa

Cooking Instructions

Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt. Heat skillet over medium heat.

Add pork chops and cook, turning once, 10 minutes, or until meat near the bone is barely pink. Remove to a platter; cover loosely with foil to keep warm.

Add corn and salsa to skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until hot. Spoon over chops; sprinkle with cilantro.
