combine all & bring to boil. Add pork and reduce to simmer cook 1 hour or until tender. Remove pork, reserve sauce. With 2 forks pull pork until shredded. Pour sauce over pork, Make sandwiches with 1/2 c mayo, 2 T white vinegar, 1 t pepper, 1 t lemon juice.
