Ingredients

  • 4 Lb Pork Loin
  • 1 Pack Dry Onion Soup
  • 1 Pack Dry Pork Gravy

Cooking Instructions

Cut Pork into 4 pieces. Roll lightly in flour. Salt and Pepper. Oil bottom of SLOW COOKER and place Pork in. Put both Onion Soup and Gravy Mix in sauce pan with 2 cups water and bring to a boil, mixing well. Pour mixture over pork and cook on LOW over night. Serve over white rice.
