first you browncut up Pork loin in flour and butter,put in Crock pot,thrwo in some new potatoes,large can of Tomatoes,Cummin(tsp) one large yellow onion,oregano,some chicken stock (depends on how much you want,pepper,garlic,rosemary 1 med pepper cook all day..delisshhhhhhhhh

serve with salad,crusty bread and desert..very fancy for company
