Marinade Portabella Mushroom top in balsamic vinegar for 1 hour Broil Chicken Breast til done criss cross marked. When Chicken Breast is 75% done, coat sourdough bread with butter and grill til browned. Lace bread with mayonnaise, top with red leaf lettuce. Place Chicken Breast on bread and top with melted jack cheese. Now Serve cut once.
