Portobello Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp light butter
  • 1 pkg (0 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 box (18.3 oz) creamy portobello mushroom soup (Campbell’s Select)
  • 1 jar (12 oz) turkey gravy

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms and thyme; sauté over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown.

Stir in soup and gravy; bring to a boil. Simmer 1 minute for flavors to blend.

Serving: 1/3-cup

Plan Ahead: You can make gravy 2 days ahead. Reheat on stovetop or in microwave.
