Preheat oven to 450
Drain water from tofu package let it dry till it is a consistency that crumbles easily but is still moist.
Crumble tofu onto a sheet of aluminum foil.
Shake powdered garlic over the tofu till it is covered in a fine layer of powder (or to taste).
Spread 2-4 tablespoons (or to taste) honey dijon nayonaise over the crumbled garlic-covered tofu.
Cover the \\\\\\\"mashed\\\\\\\" tofu in a foil wrap. Set in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the nayonaise has melted into the tofu.
Add in pinenuts, if desired. Pinenuts can also be cooked along with tofu.
