Ingredients

  • 4 slices Thick cut Platter Bacon or Peppered Bacon
  • 3 slices Beefsteak tomato
  • 2 Slices Potato Rosemary Bread
  • 1 T Good Mayonaise
  • 1/8th tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 2 leaves Crispy Romaine Lettuce

Cooking Instructions

Saute bacon until cooked thru to desired crispness. Drain on papertowels. Cut bread on the diagonal and toast. Spread with mayonaise. Top with lettuce and tomatos and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Top with cooked bacon and cut in half.

Recipe Notes

This is a sandwich I love to make during the warm summer months when fresh tomatos are in abundance!

Awesome summertime flavors!!!

This sandwich is wonderful for lunch or a light dinner with an ice cold glass of lemon tea and crisp green grapes. Bon Appetit!
