chop and boil potatoes until almost tender boil eggs 10-15 minutes chop all ingredients mix until well blended
i don't really measure add more or less of any ingredient for your taste

I think potatoes, hard boiled eggs, onions and finely chopped celery
would make a fine salad! Maybe add one little tomato (less the juice) would add some "zest". And mayo, NOT salad dressing! |
