Potato salad

What do you MEAN -15 POTATOES? I like scallions, but a BUSHEL? I think potatoes, hard boiled eggs, onions and finely chopped celery would make a fine salad! Maybe add one little tomato (less the juice) would add some "zest". And mayo, NOT salad dressing!

Food snobs?

Come on guys, lighten up! No sense in acting like culinary snobs! This sounds like a yummy recipe that includes 1 small jar of relish and a bunch of green onions! Can't wait to try it!
