Pressure Cooker Knee-Walking Pork

Ingredients

  • 18 oz 1 bottle barbecue sauce (your choice)
  • 12 oz beer (your choice)
  • 4-6 quart pressure cooker

Cooking Instructions

Pork---Cut into 1 inch cubes and place in pressure cooker.

Barbecue Sauce---Empty contents into pressure cooker. Save bottle.

Beer---Add 6 oz of beer to empty barbecue sauce bottle. Replace lid. " Shake it up baby " or "Twist and Shout". Make sure that all the sauce is out as you add this to pressure cooker.

Beer---Add remaining 6 oz of beer to pressure cooker.

No other liquid or seasoning required.

Place lid on pressure cooker following safety instructions please.

Turn stove-top burner between low and medium and cook for 30 minutes. Turn burner off and let rest for 30 minutes as food will continue to cook under pressure.

Serve over rice or noodles.
