Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large red onion, finely chopped
  • 7 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 pound (3 ) pork shoulder

Cooking Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except for the pork into a large bowl. Place the pork in a crockpot and cover with the sauce mixture. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Use two large forks to shred the meat (this is the "pulled" part of the pulled pork). You may want a parent to help you with this step. Serve the pulled pork on large sandwich buns. Delish!
