Beat together 4 cups of sugar 1 cup of oil 4 eggs Add: 2/3 cups of water 2 cups of Mashed Pumpkin (in a can) Stir all of the above together Add: 3 1/2 cups of self-rising flour as much cinnamon as much cloves as much allspice as much pumpkin pie spice Stir all of the above together the last is as much of chopped pecans as you wish The spices and pecans you put to your liking. mix all together grease about 3 to 4 bread pans put in the oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. or until tooth pick comes out clean. let cool wrap in saran wrap and then in foil to keep fresh and moist.
