Ingredients

  • Beat 4 eggs well. Add one at a time;
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • Sift together ;
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Stir. Pour into greased & floured loaf pans. Bake at 350* for 1 hour or until done.

Easy, moist, tasty

This is a very simple recipe! If not overbaked it is melt in your mouth moist, very nice flavor. I have added this to my favorite recipe file!
