Cooking Instructions

Combine sugar, cream cheese & margarine, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fold in nuts, if desired. Pour into two greased & floured 9X5 inch loaf pans (or 3-4 smaller loaf pans for mini-loaves). Thanksgiving Treat!

I made this for the first time this Thanksgiving. Everyone raved about it. We had to keep slicing it thinner and thinner so that everyone had their fill. Yum!

The best pumpkin Bread

I made this for the holiday and then told a friend about it who never had eaten pumpkin bread. She loves it as does her family and now she also makes it each holiday. Thanks for sharing. Kittie
