Carrot Cake Roll?

I was thinking of trying fine grated carrot or carrot baby food instead of pumpkin for a variation. What do you think? I will let you know when I try it.

Question

The first time you roll it up - do you roll it with the tea towel? I know you don't for the final roll.

Tea towel

A tea towel is a cloth kitchen towel made of cotton or linen--not a terry cloth towel. Obviously, you want a clean towel; it helps to avoid using any scented fabric softener.
