Always a winner

I make this all the time. I got the recipe online from weight watchers as a muffin recipe. However they are very moist and cupcake like. I always add water a little at a time until I get the desired consistency. Very low fat and good for you.

Variation

I make this recipe all the time. I believe I got it from weight Watchers. Skip the White Choco Chips. Reduce the water just a little bit and bake this in a bundt pan. I serve it cold with Fat Free Cool Whip, and I have never been dissapointed. The kids Love Love Love it!!

Dinner Tonight

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
