VariationI make this recipe all the time. I believe I got it from weight Watchers. Skip the White Choco Chips. Reduce the water just a little bit and bake this in a bundt pan. I serve it cold with Fat Free Cool Whip, and I have never been dissapointed. The kids Love Love Love it!! |

Pumpkin Spice CupcakesI made these last night ...I used yellow cake mix and added one and one half teaspoon Apple Pie Spice to it....also added one half cup Raisins and one fourth cup Chopped Pecans..It was delecious and so easy..I sweetend a bit of cream cheese to spread on mine as I ate it.. |
