11/10/08 02:39 PM | Always a winnerI make this all the time. I got the recipe online from weight watchers as a muffin recipe. However they are very moist and cupcake like. I always add water a little at a time until I get the desired consistency. Very low fat and good for you. |

03/25/08 05:12 PM | VariationI make this recipe all the time. I believe I got it from weight Watchers. Skip the White Choco Chips. Reduce the water just a little bit and bake this in a bundt pan. I serve it cold with Fat Free Cool Whip, and I have never been dissapointed. The kids Love Love Love it!! |

11/15/07 11:16 AM | Pumpkin Spice CupcakesI made these last night ...I used yellow cake mix and added one and one half teaspoon Apple Pie Spice to it....also added one half cup Raisins and one fourth cup Chopped Pecans..It was delecious and so easy..I sweetend a bit of cream cheese to spread on mine as I ate it.. |
