Cooking Instructions

Add hamburger meat to 6 cups water and boil until done.

Put tomatoes in bowl and break them up into smaller, bite-sized pieces.

Peel and chop onion.

Once meat is done, add tomotaes--along with the juice in the cans--to the pot along with the onions

Add both packages of chili seasoning and stir.

Let mixture simmer for 40 minutes to an hour to lock in the flavor. Serve as your desire.

Recipe Notes

My father taught me this recipe when I was a teenager and my wife and kids love it, along with the friends I have served it to. Williams seasoning has different levels of heat, but we prefer the mild.
