Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
While oven is heating: -Microwave bacon using the "Perfect Microwaved Bacon Every Time" recipe: http://recipe.aol.com/recipe/perfect-microwaved-bacon-every-time/80509 -Dice Ham and put in one Pie Pan. -Shred cheese and put 1/2 cup of each on top of ham. -Pour EggBeaters over ham and cheese until it is level with the top of the crust.
Cut Bacon into bite size pieces and put in second pie shell. Repeat cheese and EggBeaters layers over Bacon.
Place pies in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. the "Quick Breakfast Potatoes" recipe while quiche is baking: http://recipe.aol.com/recipe/quick-breakfast-potatoes/80510 Remove from oven and let pies settle for 5 minutes.
