Quick Glazed Pork & Rice Skillet by Campbells kitchen

A recipe with the endorsement of the meat industry, I am sure. The recipe looks good for those who don't care about their health, the earth and the animals. The meat industry is lying that pork is the other white meat. They will say anything to get you to eat meat and after your ill with diabetes, heart disease etc, the pharmaceutical industry will be waiting for you. A viscous circle that only you can break. GO VEG!

Substitutions

Is there such a thing as a substitute for mustard that will produce the mustard flavor but not the side effects? I am allergic to mustard.

Very good pork dish

I also found a couple of great pork dishes in the cookbook called "Get in the Kitchen, BIT@HES!" (bitchcooks.com) there's one on the website called "Poke Me! Pork" that was awesome.
