Ingredients

  • 1 inch Oil
  • 1 teaspooon McCormick's Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour, seafood breader or bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet.

Add seasoned salt to the egg and beat.

Dip shrimp with egg mixture then coat with choice of flour, breader or bread crumbs.

Fry the shrimp in hot oil.

Serve with cocktail sauce, tarter or ketsup.
