Ingredients

  • 2 pints sour cream
  • 3-4 cans of minced clams (drained)
  • 3-5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • to ta Tabasco

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients (I like a lot of Tabasco; to the point where the dip takes on a slight pink color)

Chill as long as needed.

Enjoy with ridged B-B-Q chips
