In a small saucepan, combine the raisins and water and bring to a boil. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 1 hour.
Return the mixture to a boil. Stir in the dissolved kuzu and mix together well. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve.
