Saute the sirloin in a pan and add onions and garlic with about 2 tablesppons of olive oil. Add red peppers and simmer until tender. Add 1 jar of Holy Hill Country Gourmet Red Pepper Pasta Sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes and serve with italian style frozen vegetables simmered in butter and garlic or whole grain rice or pasta. If you would like to make this low calorie, omit the pasta or rice for extra vegetables or sliced apples.Great meal for people who have dietary restrictions and diabetics. This pasta sauce does not contain sugar or corn syrups.
