Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 tsp. honey or sugar to taste

Cooking Instructions

Throw all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. If there are still some fruit not crushed then do pulsing action. Blend for about 1 to 1:30 min.
