Using an electric mixer, beat the cream, raspberries, and powdered sugar in a large bowl until the berries fall apart and the mixture is thick and fluffy.

08/21/09 11:21 PM | Do Not Make This Unless You Like to Throw Money AwayMade this, it never thickened up. I would whip the cream first, add the powder sugar and then fold in the raspberries (after being processed in a food processor). I am out of about $7 for a puddle of raspberry "glop". |
