Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar (28 oz.) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Beef Broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small eggplant , cut into cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini , cut into cubes
  • 1 large green pepper , chopped
  • 1/2 cup uncooked elbow pasta

Cooking Instructions

COOK beef in saucepot until browned. Pour off fat.

ADD pasta sauce, broth, water, eggplant, zucchini and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.

STIR in pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min. or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
