COOK beef in saucepot until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD pasta sauce, broth, water, eggplant, zucchini and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min.
STIR in pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 min. or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
